This emote mainly suffers from it's speed. The emote is over way too fast, I had to try 3 times to see the full animation. Also, the clock in the background only has one hand, it bothers me a bit too much, and look at the speed it's going too!

The animation also has it's weak points, such as the eye movement stops when the emote grows his beard.
Oh, and when the emote turns into skeleton, it looks like a rib-cage and pelvis that's been flipped upsde down.
Although, the emote itself helps bring colour into a bland, grey background, and makes him the centre of attention.

Overall, this emote is still quite cute, dispite all the flaws, though the flaws seriously keeps it from being one of the better emoticons I've seen.
